My idea for what should be a ballon in the Turkey Day parade: Andy Rooney's Eyebrows. One balloon each!!
Me likey some Rachel Weiz and I LOVED CONSTANT GARDNER!!
Sheesh. Don't see Babel then because it's REALLY GOOD.
OH yeah and while you say the Pixar films are supposed to be kids films, I come from the Japanese animation school of thinking that suggests animation need not be just for kids. ERGO, the more adult-themed an American animated movie is, the happier I'll be, which is why I think the Incredibles is the best Pixar film. I think it pushed the genre further than any of the others did--though the Toy Story films do come close.
It's my understanding that the disclaimers are to combat against being sued. So, if you're in jail, it's hard to sue (but still possible).
I agree with the security thing, though my dad says it best: regardless of how tight security gets, if someone wants to hurt us, they'll find away.
So, can we all stop being suspected of terrorism now, please?
Damn and I was hoping this would be a short comment. :(
OH and I love the clips at the very end of the show. Those have been great!
Did you fart at me during the shout out? And while a gift is nice, I consider offering the listener topic of a week suggestion as a civic duty.
I realize that I'm becoming one of those really out of touch old people. I've gone from saying "gee, I didn't around to seeing that movie" to "gee, I've never heard of that movie". The M. Hulot movies sound creepy to me, but I've always found any kind of mime creepy. So I guess I'll ask this -- Mr. Bean -- funny, or no? If you're a Bean fan, then I think I'll have to give the Hulot movies a pass. Mr. Bean shows make me want to gnaw my leg off. Blackadder -- pretty damn good (although I prefer most of the other characters to Blackadder), but Bean? Shoot me, please.
About the entrapment thing -- I don't think you need a release to show someone on the "news", and Dateline is purportedly news. I think the release is required for "entertainment".
See you next week, Praise Jesus!
Welcome me to the 21st century. I finally learned how to download your podcast automatically. I like the RIPs in the beginning, then you don't leave me blue..
Looking forward to beting a shout out someday. and my condolences on the loss of Bob Altman, I was waiting for #3. Do you think Emilio Estevez can fill his shoes?
