Check it out - a Jenga-Free week!

No simulcast? No live podcasting? How about an artsy "making of" video? Or, at the very least, just some nude photos? I mean, you do have that explicit warning going on.

How's this for a topic - dream vacations. These should be places other than Disneyland or Paris, but places you'd dream of going and have to do some significant planning to actually visit.

On the poundsqueeze show, I remember it being something like one of my guilty pleasure sitcoms "Herman's Head". Ooh -- there's a topic, guilty pleasure TV. I know you've done it somewhat, but it's something to talk about.

On the reality cartoon character show, there is that Comedy Central show "Drawn Together", which has Betty Book, one of those little Japanese characters, Superman and a couple of others sharing a house.

Hope to listen to you next week in High Speed! Woo!

Thanks for Listener Topic of the Week - I'm so proud!
Love the TV Show idea of the chat with the different personas - maybe you could do it with just 3 or 4 people so that would cut down on the cast!

I would watch you guys on Match Game!

My iPod Shuffle officially shuffled out last week while listening to week 23 - so I just listened to the second half on my boring ole' computer this morning. So - a few old thoughts:

I also am a fan of Three's Company - I haven't seen Wife Swap - just the commercials. I find the premise a bit scary. Mostly I see the interaction wit the kids - do the parents interact a lot? This creeps me out.

ThePete - have you tried the PC Version (or know someone who has) of the Lego Star Wars 2 - I have been thinking about asking Santa for this for Christmas. :)

Lily - I loved Herman's Head!

Aaahhh, Huckleberry Hound & Bugs Bunny! You guys are just great!

Awesome show, you two! I'm glad you enjoyed the behind-the-scenes footage on the 5 Minute Show. I've got more footage coming in the episode I'll be posting tomorrow (Tuesday 10/3) so anyone who wants to see more swing by ThePete.Com :)

Thanks for answering about the books. I don't read much but have a huge pile of books on my nightstand, so you know I'm optimistic.

Was it this episode or the last one where one of you said "I don't mean to poo on your ear worm"? I think that's an awesome metaphor--pooing on an ear worm :D

I agree with Kellie on the shrinking of your "Chat" sitcom idea. A smaller cast (perhaps just the female and male leads) would work much more easily.

Here's an Internet question: What's your favorite emoticon? Or are you both bitter, cynical types that hate emoticons all together? o_O

I was wondering if you guys ever worked retail. Also, what were your first paid jobs? Mine was a paper route, but after that I worked in a Fotomat booth. That second job rocked. :(

OH yeah and I think Chavez and any other leader can say what ever they want about Bush--after all, Bush has done his fair share of earning any nicknames. There are more non-Americans on this planet than Americans and we need to be able to deal with the reality of the rest of the world not approving of our selection for leader. Just my opinion, of course.

Finally, Kellie, I haven't tried the PC version of LSWII, but I did try the Mac version of LSWI and it seemed to work OK. I'd dig around for some reviews of the PC version of LSWII online before buying it though. If the game is reasonably bug-free I HIGHLY recommend it--it's soooooo much fun!

OK, Bet, Stennie--break a leg on tonight's recording! I'll post again when the new ep of t5MS is up.

What would the huckle-bug have been like in the 1940s?
