I agree with you all about Mousetrap -- I used to set that thing up all the time. I think some of the reason why I loved Mousetrap is that I was an only child with very fiew kids around, so games you couldn't figure out some way to play alone were kind of pointless.

Hearing you talk about it, I realized that I never played Life -- I had no idea what you were talking about. They must sell it at Wal-Mart or something. It's that consequence of being a space alien.

And you will be proud to know I finally saw a movie this weekend! I finally watched Sullivan's Travels. Liked it, but it's no Palm Beach Story. Palm Beach Story had social commentary, but it was lighthearted throughout. This one kept flipping back and forth, although I LOVED the staff who kept getting on Sullivan to inform him that "the poor know what it's about to be poor. They don't want to hear about it". Since the Coen brothers have already made "O Brother, Where Art Thou", I think your next project should be to make "Ants in Your Plants" or "Swingo", Stennie. Three stars, I think.

Betster, you nailed why I HATED The Color Purple. We had to watch Whoopi go through hours and hours of total crap, and then in the last five minutes, everything works out for her. I remember walking out of that movie after the ending and saying "so why did I have to sit through hours of misery if it was all going to be fine?"

So, what was in your Easter basket?

Is that a tube sock and a roll of duct tape in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?

The sound is so much better this week!

Drinking game addition:

Every time Stennie doesn't understand Bet.

If that is too subjective, then how about each time Bet takes a word and adds extra syllables to it?

WOW! My wife and I are both honored and entertained by being a part of your highlight of the week, Heidi! I am also both H'ed and E'ed by being mentioned on you and Bet's truly awesome podcast!!

Also, I must say how happy I am that TheWife and I bumped into you at the Skooby's because if we hadn't I'd have never found out about Huckle-Bug--I am now addicted. ARG!

The commercial I hate is the one with Big Foot for Myth Busters. Now, I LOVE Myth Busters, but it makes no sense as to why they run it during EVERY commercial break DURING MYTH BUSTERS.

WHY??

Board games--I seem to remember loving Monopoly and Sorry, but these days, I have to admit, I'm bored with board games. HA!

Oh and have you thought about having guests on your show? Of course, you guys are so good together you'd probably have three hours to edit down instead of just two.

Anyway, keep up the great work!!

Thanks to technical difficulties, I'm not to late to comment in order to get a shoutout! A mixed blessing, to be sure.

My favorite childhood board game was Winnie the Pooh. Very similar to Candy Land, only more wholesome. I also loved playing Monopoly solo.

JBean, remember Uncle Wiggly? That was a strange board game. My gripe with the Geico commericals is that the always play the 2nd caveman commerical (set in the restaraunt) when I actually LIKED the first caveman commercial, where the caveman is, like, a grip or something on the set. But I love watching that real gecko lick his eye. How cool and gross.

How about a drink everytime someone sings? That's always a good one. Or a drink everytime you guys talk over each other (which is why, I think Stennie, you repeat yourself). Or a drink everytime you mention anyone who's dead?
